Saturday Part-Time Teacher Position (Preschool & Elementary)

Blue Dolphins International Preschool is seeking a Saturday part-time teacher for our preschool and elementary classes, starting April 2026.

Working Day / Hours

Saturday
・10:00–13:00 (Kindergarten Class)
・14:00–17:00 (Elementary Class)
・¥7,500–8,500 will be paid per three-hour lesson
・Transportation expenses will be covered

Duties

・Teaching classes
・Assessing student progress (twice a year)
・Providing basic care and supervision of students
・Continuously reviewing and developing the curriculum

Requirements

・Native English speaker currently residing in Japan
・At least two years of teaching experience with kindergarten-aged children at an international school
・Teaching certification in early childhood education
（Early Childhood Education License, Elementary Teaching License, or a degree in Education / Child Development preferred）
・A genuine love of working with children
・Ability to create age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals
・Strong self-management and organizational skills
・Experience teaching ESL students
・Strong communication skills with both children and adults
・Ability to commit long term
